Announcement from Dr. Benjamin Wan's Office regarding New Patients

Happy Holidays! And wishing you all good health this year, especially during the winter season.

We know that most of our new patients are referred to us by existing patients, so we want to take this opportunity to thank you for all your referrals and support. It has truly been a pleasure taking care of your children. We have experienced a tremendous amount of growth in patient volume in these first 2 years, and we are very thankful for that.

However, in an effort to maintain the quality of care that we have been providing, we have decided to start limiting the number of new patients that we accept each month. Starting in 2014, if there is a friend or family member that you would like to refer to us, please ask them to contact our office first so that we can try our best to accommodate them. (New siblings of existing patients will be automatically accepted.)

Meanwhile, we are in the process of searching for another doctor to join our team. Hopefully, it won’t take too long to find someone suitable, and at that time, we will consider accepting all new patients again.

Once again, thank you so much for your continued support.

Sincerely,

Dr. Benjamin Wan and staff
